These Terms & Conditions govern access to azkaathletics.com and purchases made from Azka Athletics.
By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Legal capacity
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or that a parent or legal guardian has authorised the transaction.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
3. Personal purchases only
The website is intended for personal consumer purchases.
Products may not be purchased through the normal online store for unauthorised resale, commercial distribution or wholesale activity.
Azka Athletics may limit quantities, cancel orders or restrict accounts where it reasonably believes an order is intended for unauthorised resale, fraud or misuse.
4. Products
We aim to describe products, materials, construction, sizes and colours accurately.
However:
- Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings and device displays.
- Minor differences may occur between production batches.
- Measurements may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
- Product availability may change without notice.
- Packaging may change without affecting the product.
A slight screen or photographic colour difference does not automatically mean that a product is defective.
This does not limit rights relating to a product that is materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming.
5. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
In rare cases, stock information may be incorrect or an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.
If Azka Athletics cannot supply a prepaid item, we will notify the customer and initiate the eligible refund within the applicable refund period.
6. Prices
Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds and include any applicable taxes charged by Azka Athletics.
Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is a clear and obvious pricing error.
7. Obvious pricing or description errors
We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing, product or website error.
If an order was placed using an obviously incorrect price or description, Azka Athletics may contact the customer to:
- Confirm the order at the correct price;
- Offer an appropriate alternative; or
- Cancel the affected item and refund any eligible prepaid amount.
We will not knowingly rely on a misleading price after discovering an error.
8. Placing an order
Submitting an order is an offer by the customer to purchase the listed products.
An automated order message confirms that the order was received. It does not by itself guarantee acceptance or dispatch.
The order is subject to:
- Product availability
- Accurate customer information
- Successful payment where required
- WhatsApp confirmation
- Delivery-service availability
- Fraud and security checks
9. Order confirmation
Azka Athletics confirms orders through the WhatsApp number entered at checkout.
We may make two confirmation attempts within two business days.
If the customer cannot be reached, supplies incorrect details or does not confirm the order, Azka Athletics may cancel it.
10. Right to refuse or cancel an order
Azka Athletics may reasonably refuse, restrict or cancel an order when:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment fails or cannot be verified
- An obvious price or description error occurred
- The delivery address cannot be serviced
- Customer information appears false or materially incomplete
- Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected
- Automated purchasing software or unauthorised bots were used
- Quantity limits for a limited release were exceeded
- The customer has repeatedly refused or caused unsuccessful deliveries
- The purchase appears intended for unauthorised resale
If a prepaid order is cancelled, Azka Athletics will initiate the eligible refund in accordance with the refund-processing period.
11. Payment
Available payment options may include:
- Cash on Delivery
- InstaPay
- Debit or credit card when activated
- Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Azka Athletics may add, remove or restrict payment methods.
Orders paid through InstaPay are processed after payment verification.
Card payments may be processed by Paymob or another provider displayed at checkout.
Customers must not send money to an unofficial account or person.
12. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is subject to order and location eligibility.
The customer must provide the complete amount to the courier at delivery.
Azka Athletics may require prepayment for future orders after repeated refused deliveries, false information or unsuccessful customer-caused delivery attempts.
13. Invoices and order records
Customers receive an electronic order confirmation.
Where requested and legally applicable, Azka Athletics will provide a commercial invoice or suitable invoice document within 10 working days.
14. Delivery
Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address, remaining available and cooperating with the courier.
Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Azka Athletics’ reasonable control.
15. Order cancellation by the customer
A customer may request to cancel or change an order before dispatch.
After dispatch, the customer must follow the applicable return process.
Azka Athletics cannot guarantee a change after preparation has begun.
16. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
In summary:
- Eligible normal returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days from delivery.
- Defective or non-conforming items may be reported within 30 days from delivery.
- Returned products must satisfy the applicable condition requirements.
- Same-model size or colour exchanges depend on availability.
- Different models require a return and new order.
- Approved refunds are initiated using the methods and periods stated in the policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
17. Care instructions and product use
Customers must follow the care and use instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the website.
Azka Athletics is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsuitable activity, incorrect washing, prohibited tumble drying, direct ironing on prints, prohibited dry cleaning, unsuitable chemicals, sharp objects, high heat or normal wear and tear.
This does not exclude responsibility for a genuine manufacturing defect.
18. Discount codes and promotions
Unless stated otherwise:
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Codes may have an expiry date.
- Codes may apply only to selected products, customers or order values.
- Promotions are subject to availability.
- A refund is based on the amount actually paid after the discount.
- Free gifts may need to be returned when the qualifying product is returned.
Azka Athletics may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion affected by an obvious error, fraud or misuse.
19. Limited products and automated purchasing
Some products may be released in limited quantities.
Azka Athletics may set limits per customer, account, address, telephone number or payment method.
The use of bots, automated purchasing software, scripts or other tools intended to bypass purchase limits or obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Orders associated with such activity may be cancelled.
20. AZKA’s 15% sports commitment
Azka Athletics contributes 15% of the profit generated by each completed order to Egyptian sport after the applicable return period closes.
For this purpose, a completed order is an order that has been delivered and paid for after applicable returns, refunds and adjustments have been processed.
The contribution is calculated through Azka Athletics’ internal accounting records.
Funds may support genuine Egyptian sports-community needs, including:
- Equipment
- Training or academy fees
- Facilities
- Athlete support
- Sponsorship
- Community programmes
- Sporting opportunities
- Visibility for athletes and grassroots initiatives
- Other activities selected by the Azka Athletics team
Contribution funds are not intended to be used as Azka Athletics’ general advertising budget, profit distribution or unrelated commercial operating expense.
Azka Athletics intends to allocate funds quarterly. The timing and size of individual activities will depend on available funds, genuine community needs and suitable opportunities.
Updates may be published when an activity takes place rather than according to a fixed publication schedule.
Azka Athletics retains supporting records relating to contribution activities.
21. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including the AZKA name, logos, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, text, designs, layout and campaign materials—are owned by or licensed to Azka Athletics.
Content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use.
Without prior written permission, users must not:
- Copy or republish website content
- Use AZKA branding commercially
- Sell or distribute reproductions
- Modify or create misleading derivative material
- Remove ownership notices
- Use website content to train or supply a commercial database where prohibited by law
- Suggest an unauthorised partnership or endorsement
22. Customer content
A customer retains ownership of original content they create.
Sending a review, photograph, suggestion or tagged post does not automatically give Azka Athletics unrestricted marketing rights.
Azka Athletics will request permission before using identifiable customer content in an advertising campaign, paid advertisement or material marketing placement outside the context in which it was originally submitted.
The customer confirms that any content voluntarily submitted is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.
23. Acceptable website use
Users must not:
- Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Provide false information
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Introduce viruses, harmful code or security attacks
- Scrape or copy the website through unauthorised automated means
- Interfere with checkout, payments or another customer’s use
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Submit abusive, discriminatory, threatening or unlawful content
Azka Athletics may suspend access or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary.
24. Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Azka Athletics should be contacted promptly if an account is believed to have been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account affected by fraud, misuse or a serious violation of these Terms.
25. Third-party services and links
The website relies on third-party services, including Shopify, Paymob, Bosta, analytics platforms and communication providers.
External links may lead to websites that Azka Athletics does not control.
Azka Athletics is not responsible for the independent content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites, except to the extent required by law.
26. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may be suspended for maintenance, security, technical failure, service-provider disruption or updates.
Azka Athletics may change the website’s structure, products or features without notice, provided confirmed customer orders and mandatory rights are respected.
27. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azka Athletics is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, customer misuse, unauthorised third-party activity or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from a confirmed product defect or direct fault of Azka Athletics.
28. Events outside reasonable control
Azka Athletics is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruption, courier interruption, telecommunications failure, governmental action, public emergency, security restrictions, labour disruption or service-provider outage.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material disruption.
29. Complaints and disputes
Customers should first contact Azka Athletics so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may use the complaint procedures available through the Egyptian Consumer Protection Authority or another competent authority.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Disputes that cannot be settled through an applicable consumer process are subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
30. Changes to these Terms
Azka Athletics may update these Terms to reflect changes in the business, services, technology, law or operating process.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already attached to an accepted order.
31. Severability
If a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
