START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Use this page to submit a return or exchange request for an order purchased directly from azkaathletics.com.

Before submitting, please review the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Before you begin

Please make sure:

  • Your request is within the applicable return period.
  • The item has not been trained in, washed, altered or damaged.
  • The original tags remain attached.
  • You have your order number.
  • You have photographs ready if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
  • The request is being submitted by the original purchaser.

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that it has been approved.

What you can request

Use the form to select:

  • Return for refund
  • Exchange for another size of the same product
  • Exchange for another colour of the same product
  • Defective-product review
  • Wrong or damaged item review

To receive a different product model, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Information required

The form will request:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Order email address
  • Main telephone number
  • Alternative telephone number, where needed
  • Product name
  • Current size
  • Quantity
  • Return or exchange
  • Reason for the request
  • Preferred replacement size or colour
  • Preferred resolution
  • Confirmation of the pickup address
  • Additional comments
  • Photographs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items

Do not enter bank-account or InstaPay details into this initial form.

Refund details will be requested privately through an official Azka Athletics channel after the return has been inspected and approved.

What happens after submission

  1. A confirmation message appears immediately after the form is submitted.
  2. Customer service reviews the request within two business days.
  3. We contact you by email or WhatsApp if additional information is required.
  4. If the item needs to be returned, we arrange courier collection.
  5. The product is inspected after it reaches Azka Athletics.
  6. You receive an approval, rejection or further-review update.
  7. An approved refund is initiated according to the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Important

By submitting the form, you confirm that:

  • The submitted information is accurate.
  • You are the original purchaser or are authorised to act for the purchaser.
  • The product will be returned in the condition described.
  • You have read and agree to the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
